Can you feel it, my loyal readers? It’s Erev Super Bowl. I hate feeling like crap on Monday but I just can’t bring myself to miss the game. I love it too much.
Four hours till kickoff and I’m about to take my annual pre-game nap. Five years ago, I slept through the first half of what might have been the biggest upset in Super Bowl history. Not doing that again.
Fortunately technology has come a long way since that time. I’m pretty sure I won’t be sleeping through my alarm clock this year.
These are the things your aliyah shaliach doesn’t tell you. When people say life in Israel is difficult, this is what they’re talking about.
Good night, everyone. See you at kickoff.
