I’m back and it’s good to be home. Did you miss me? In case you missed it, here’s an update on my life in only 39 bajillion words. Doesn’t look like it’s going to slow down too soon. How come whenever people are unemployed, they’re busy as hell? Between Ulpan, the shuk, dealing with finances, and other stuff, I didn’t have a moment to relax.
Planning to upload some pics soon but until then, here’s something that made me laugh my ass off today. So today was Yom Hashoah (don’t worry, it gets better) Last night was the national ceremony at Yad Vashem. According to my people on the inside, apparently members of the Shin Bet security forces were walking around clearing out anyone who wasn’t supposed to be there. How were they identifying people who didn’t belong? By asking them for their ID and papers.
Only in Israel.
P.S. They were using German shepherds.
